Build up and out
- Structural supports, columns and frames
- Cantilever floors that reach as far as your supports allow
- Sky bridges inside a tower and between towers
- Atriums: tall open spaces that lift the rooms around them and fit big decor
- Facade skins for each tower
New room types
- Outdoor rooms: terrace bars and restaurants, balconies, gardens, smoking areas and rooftop venues
- Corner rooms and rooftop rooms, for any room that fits
- Penthouses: a new hotel tier above Presidential, and a top-floor bonus for every tier
Room value
- Every room has a value from its view, height, corner, decor and noisy neighbours
- Prices per room, with a suggested price you can move up or down
- Overlays for room value and guest flow
Utilities
- Hubs for every utility: switchboards, valve boxes, drain stacks and routers
- Utility shafts replace bridge connectors, in 1-tile and 4-tile sizes
- A clearer utility overlay
