What's in it

UI overhaul

• Every menu reworked for usability: clearer layouts, fewer clicks, and some polish and animation. The people and business menus come first
• Keyboard shortcuts, bulk actions, search and filters, jump to, remembered windows and tabs, and undo for building
• Reworked graphs: the remaining graph unlocks, and the expense graph flipped so higher means more spending
• New settings: language picker, resolution and fullscreen, frame cap, more pause triggers, notifications per category and edge scrolling

Translation

• The first 5 languages: Simplified Chinese, German, Russian, Brazilian Portuguese and Spanish (Latin America)
• Community editing: help improve the translations, with credits in the game

Your CEO

• Dress your CEO with outfits and accessories
• Write a bio, or pick a background story
• Choose your CEO's favourites and whether they smoke

Staff and HR

• Therapies: send employees to outside services to quit smoking, change a trait, change their coping style or recover from burnout. Each costs money and might not work
• Loyalty you can see: happiness and quit risk, and ways to act on them with raises, bonuses, gifts and time off

Executives

• Reworked managers: they now run automations and turn resources into others
• HR Manager: pays salaries, hires to the staff numbers you set, finds candidates that match your filters and handles lawsuits by your rules
• Finance Manager: pays all bills, handles loans, earns interest on spare cash and runs transport
• Research Manager: turns research into money or reputation
• Marketing Manager: starts campaigns on its own, within your budget
• Each manager unlocks things only they can give

Policies

• Task order: decide which tasks each job does first
• Room priorities
• Shut down Taxi Ranks, Bus Stations and Subways
